Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how NeutroCorp LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the SimLock desktop application ("SimLock") and the simlock.golf website.
1. Information We Collect
Licensing and website
When you purchase or activate a SimLock license we collect your name, email address, license key, and a hardware identifier of the PC the license is activated on. This information is used solely to issue, activate, and support your license.
Google Calendar data (Reservation Mode)
If you choose to enable Reservation Mode, SimLock asks for your permission — through Google's OAuth consent screen — to access your Google Calendar. With that permission, SimLock:
- Reads the list of calendars on your account so you can choose which calendars represent your simulator bays.
- Reads events (times, titles, descriptions, and attendee details) from the calendars you select, in order to unlock the simulator for booked sessions, greet the arriving customer, and maintain your facility's local customer arrival records.
- Writes a private "arrived" marker onto a reservation event so your other bays can see that the customer has checked in.
2. Where Your Google Data Lives
All Google Calendar data that SimLock accesses is processed and stored locally on your own kiosk PC. Your Google sign-in tokens and any calendar-derived records (such as your customer arrival database) are stored on that machine and are never transmitted to NeutroCorp servers or to any third party. Our servers only ever see licensing information described above.
3. How We Use Information
We use information only to provide SimLock's features: license activation, reservation-based unlocking, and customer recognition at your facility. We do not sell or rent any personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use any Google user data to develop, improve, or train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
SimLock's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Revoking Access and Deleting Data
- You can disconnect SimLock from your Google account at any time in the SimLock Admin panel (Calendar → Disconnect), which deletes the stored sign-in tokens from your kiosk.
- You can also revoke SimLock's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Calendar-derived records stored on your kiosk can be removed by deleting them in the Admin panel or uninstalling SimLock.
- To request deletion of your licensing information from our servers, email us at the address below.
6. Security
Licensing traffic between SimLock and our servers uses HTTPS. Google sign-in uses Google's OAuth 2.0; SimLock never sees or stores your Google password. Stored tokens on your kiosk are kept in a Windows administrator-protected directory.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
