Terms of Service

Effective date: August 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SimLock desktop application ("SimLock") and the simlock.golf website, provided by NeutroCorp LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using SimLock you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SimLock on the number of machines covered by your license. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or circumvent SimLock's licensing mechanisms.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the configuration of your kiosks, for the accuracy of the booking calendars you connect, and for complying with the laws that apply to your facility, including any notice you may owe your customers about data your facility collects.

3. Third-Party Services

SimLock's Reservation Mode connects to Google Calendar with your permission. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

SimLock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeutroCorp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of SimLock. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your SimLock license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using SimLock at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
